Note: Users of this service will be charged an Enhanced Access Fee by our third-party vendor, Rhode Island Interactive, for each transaction except Recycling Only permit transactions. Permits will be mailed to all online applicants at the address provided. A postage fee of $0.64, payable to the Town, will be charged for each transaction except Recycling Only permit transactions. Please note that completion of this form and payment does not guarantee approval. You may be required to provide additional information upon request by the Exeter Town Clerk’s Office. The Exeter Town Clerk’s Office will approve or deny the request within 2 business days. If denied approval, a refund will be issued within 5 business days.
