Senior Freeze/ Property Tax Reimbursement Form-1 (PTR-1)
If you meet the eligibility requirements for both 2021 & 2022 and are filing for the first time (or reapplying to the program after being denied in a prior year), file Form PTR-1.
Senior Freeze/ Property Tax Reimbursement Form-2 (PTR-2)
If you filed a Senior Freeze application for 2021 and received a Senior Freeze/ Property Tax Reimbursement, you should have received a personalized mail form from the Division of Taxation. You may also file your Senior Freeze Form-2 online . If you qualified and have not received this application, call 1-800-882-6597.
